Istanbul Design Week 2011

Istanbul Design Week will take place from the 28th September – 2nd October 2011 at the old Galata Bridge in Istanbul, Turkey. Studio Juju will join a panel of speakers from various design disciplines in an open discussion and sharing of experiences.
[A TENT] – a project conceived for the W Hotels & Design Miami/ “Designers of the Future” award will also be showcased during the event.

Designers of the Future Award 2011

The studio is commissioned to create new work to be unveiled at Design Miami/ Basel, Switzerland from 14 – 18 of June 2011.

About the award:
The W Hotels Designers of the Future Award honors a select group of promising young designers and studios who exemplify new directions in design culture. These young creatives work beyond pure product design and represent conceptually or technologically vanguard approaches, often assimilating ideas from multiple disciplines. The objective of the Award is to offer these next-generation design talents the opportunity to present newly commissioned work to a powerful audience of collectors, dealers, and journalists at Design Miami/Basel.

Apostrophe S @ Singapore Art Museum

Studio Juju has been invited to design a ruler for Apostrophe S, an initiative organized by creative organization FARM. A range of 40 different items by various Singaporean designers will be exhibited and for sale at the Singapore Art Museum.
